FROZEN POMEGRANATE JUICE
Our Frozen Juice is produced with cold extraction and bottled immediately in order to preserve its nutrients and antioxidants.
During the fruit screening we select only fruit that is whole, mature and without openings or knocks, about 10% of the pomegranate fruits are eliminated. We squeeze 3 Kg of fruits to produce 1 liter of Pure Juice. Pomegranates are washed to remove foreign bodies and dirt and the seeds are separated from the peels.
In the next phase seeds are cold pressed to a specific degree producing pure juice, which is bottled in PET bottles of 0,5 l and immediately frozen at -18 deg C with a lifetime of 1 year.

EviaJu Pomegranate is our Superfood Juice full with antioxidants to be enjoyed chilled. It has a life time of 6 months, to be served at 2-6 deg C.
It has amazing taste, light pasteurized at 72 deg C to preserve all antixodants and vitamins.
Filled by hand in glass bottles of 250 ml and packed in carton boxes of 24 pieces or 700ml packed in 12 pieces.
We use only natural pomegranate juice to produce EviaJu, no additives, no conservatives or added sugar

EviaJu Pomegranate-Orange is a Vitamin C tasteful Juice full with antioxidants to be enjoyed chilled. It has a life time of 6 months, to be served at 2-6 deg C.
It has a fresh and powerful taste, light pasteurized at 72 deg C to preserve all antixodants and vitamins.
Filled by hand in glass bottles of 250 ml and packed in carton boxes of 24 pieces.
